【目的】在科技期刊国际化大环境下借鉴国际优秀期刊办刊经验,促进我国核科学技术期刊的国际化发展。【方法】使用2014《期刊引证报告》(JCR)和Web of Science,研究33种SCI核科学技术期刊的出版平台、出版周期和出版语言。分析了期刊影响因子(IF)、5年影响因子、即年指数、总自引率和统计年自引率、特征因子、论文影响力等指标。【结果】核科学技术期刊IF值、特征因子和论文影响力低。出版平台、出版文种、出版周期等期刊国际化显示度影响核科学技术期刊IF值,期刊定位、文献类型、稿源质量和自引率等也影响IF值。多文种期刊混刊论文有助提高其国际化显示度。【结论】中国核科学技术期刊需要融入世界知名出版平台,组约国际化研究论文和综述论文,出版国际化专刊,落实国际化办刊措施,杜绝人为操控影响因子等。
【Objective】 Under the background of internationalization of sci-tech periodicals, we can learn from the experiences of running international excellent periodicals to promote the internationalization of sci-tech periodicals in our country. 【Method】 The publication platform, publication cycle and publication language of 33 kinds of SCI nuclear science and technology journals were studied using 2014 JCR and Web of Science. The influential factors such as periodical impact factor (IF), five-year impact factor, annual index, total self-introduction rate, self-introduction rate of statistical year, characteristic factors and essay’s influence are analyzed. 【Result】 The results of IFA, characteristic factor and essay of nuclear science and technology journals have low influence. Publication platforms, publications, periodicals and publication period also affect the value of IF in international scientific journals, such as IF value, periodical location, document type, source quality and self-introduction rate. Multi-language journals mixed papers help to improve their international visibility. [Conclusion] China’s nuclear science and technology journals need to be integrated into world-renowned publishing platforms, organize international research papers and review papers, publish international specialization papers, implement international journals and put an end to influence factors of man-made manipulation.
