主体性生成是高职生就业能力提升和职业生涯发展的持续动力。主动思维,亦或自主发展之维度,主体性需求与案例教学在本质上都是契合的。因而案例教学对高职生的主体性养成发挥重要作用。实践中,案例教学存在许多误区难以满足高职生的主体性养成需求。选择适合他们的案例教学是达到教学效果的关键,首先案例选择要考虑高职生特点,要有针对性和真实性。其次教师要用教学热情与智慧研究高职生的需求,达到教学的有效性和生本性。再次探索就业指导课堂空间的精神之维以真正养成高职生的主体性。
Subjectivity is the continuous driving force of higher vocational students’ employment ability and career development. Active thinking, or self-development dimension, the subjective needs and case teaching are essentially fit. Therefore, case teaching plays an important role in cultivating students’ subjectivity. In practice, there are many misunderstandings in case teaching so that it is difficult to meet the needs of higher vocational students’ subjectivity. Select the case suitable for their teaching is the key to teaching effectiveness, the first case to consider the characteristics of vocational students should be targeted and authenticity. Second, teachers should use the enthusiasm and wisdom of teaching to study the needs of higher vocational students to achieve the effectiveness and nature of teaching. Explore the spiritual dimensions of employment guidance classroom space again to truly develop the subjectivity of higher vocational students.
