M50100导轨磨床是磨头移动式磨削加工机床。其操作盘分别设置在往复台上(固定操作)和在往复台下(活动操作)两处。往复台下的活动操作盘不能实现机床的往复运动控制。这就给操作人员带来对工件找正调整时的很大不便。他们不得不反复爬上爬下地开动往复台检查工件偏斜和调整工件。而更多的情况是导轨磨床的加工对象大部分是体积庞大的机床床身。它阻挡了往复台的去路,操作人员不得不绕到机床背后爬上往复台操作。这样,就使操作人员不仅要爬上爬下,还要绕来绕去。为了提高工作效率和减轻操作人员的劳动强度,我们对该机床的操作和系统进行了改进。改进前的原理图见图1。改进的目标是:1.对往复台运动能实现并联控制。要既能在往复台的固定操作盘上操
M50100 rail grinder is a grinding head grinding machine.
