患者男性,76岁。反复发作性心前区闷痛,多次检查心电图无异常(图1上行,见第169页,后同)。1986年6月30日凌晨2时,突然感到心前区闷痛伴气促而惊醒。经区属医院心电图检查为急性膈面心肌梗塞。7月1日转入我院,BP130/80,心率80/分,各瓣膜区无杂音,两肺正常。心电图(图1下行)示Ⅱ、Ⅲ和aVFQRS波呈Qr形,
