应用针刺颈交感神经(简称交刺疗法)治疗脑血管意外所致偏瘫病人293例,有效率91.5％,对照组有效率57.5％,P<0.005。两组治疗后,步行及失语的恢复,均 P<0.005。交刺疗法组治疗后脑血流图及脑电图均有明显好转。对77例随访1—2年,其远期疗效为85.7％。此疗法疗效迅速、安全简便、副作用少、便于推广。本文对交刺疗法治疗脑血管意外所致偏瘫的机理作了初步探讨。
Application of acupuncture cervical sympathetic (referred to as dural therapy) treatment of cerebral vascular accident caused by hemiplegia in 293 patients, the effective rate was 91.5%, 57.5% in the control group, P <0.005. After treatment, the recovery of walking and aphasia were both P <0.005. Jiao acupuncture therapy group after treatment of cerebral blood flow diagram and EEG were significantly improved. 77 cases were followed up for 1-2 years, the long-term efficacy was 85.7%. This therapy is rapid, safe and easy, less side effects, easy to promote. In this paper, the mechanism of the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage caused by cerebral vascular accident hemiplegia made a preliminary discussion.
