文章认为要培养纺织服装类专业学生的岗位英语能力,满足纺织服装类企业涉外岗位工作的需要,首先应深入这类企业进行岗位调研,了解这类企业涉外岗位群对人才英语能力的要求。然后,根据人才培养的规格,重新定位这类专业的英语教学目标,设计具有职业针对性的英语教学内容体系,创新教学模式,强化学生的岗位英语能力培养。
The article thinks that to cultivate the post English ability of textile and clothing specialty students and meet the needs of textile and garment enterprises in foreign jobs, first of all, we should conduct in-depth research on such enterprises and understand the requirements of foreign-related post-production talents in English for these enterprises. Then, according to the personnel training standards, reorientation of such professional English teaching objectives, design a professional content-oriented English teaching content system, innovative teaching mode, and strengthen students’ English ability training.
