近年,本市从台湾、日本等地引进了东升、埃皮斯等南瓜杂种1代,由于其肉质致密,食味绵甜而受到消费者的广泛欢迎。然而,这类南瓜新组合收获期短而集中,且不耐高温,因此,市场供应期也较短。为了延长优质南瓜的供应期以及提高菜农的生产效益,我们开展了南瓜涂胶保鲜试验。 一、材料与方法 1996年在嘉兴市农科所进行试验。以东升南瓜作试材,由浙江省农作物引种中心乔司农场试验场提供。5月17日收获,当天运回嘉兴,并选择成熟度接近的大小为1kg左右的无病南瓜。涂胶分三种处理方式:A处理:成膜剂为淀粉,配方为淀粉45g,多菌灵8g,2,4-D1g,水4000ml。混合后加冷水200ml调成稀糊状,然后加开水,边加边搅拌,冷却后即为涂被剂,现配现用。B处理:成膜剂为紫虫胶。配方为:紫虫胶 120g,多菌灵 4g,2,4-D0.5g,水 1500ml。将虫胶投到 70%的 200ml酒精中加热搅拌,待虫胶溶解冷却后加入多菌灵和2.4-D,施用时在上述
