目的研究不同化学溶液引发回干处理对滇龙胆种子萌发的影响。方法采用人工气候箱模拟滇龙胆种子自然萌发条件,计算引发回干处理后种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数等数值,测定种子的可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标,并对种子的发芽率与各生理指标做相关分析。结果1.0%KNO3引发回干处理的滇龙胆种子萌发效果最明显;引发回干处理的滇龙胆种子细胞内清除丙二醛(MDA)的程度和高活性的抗氧化物酶是总体提升发芽率的主导因素,而可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸的积累程度则是辅助因素。结论筛选出滇龙胆种子引发回干处理最适宜的引发溶液,为滇龙胆的种苗培育、人工栽培和GAP生产基地的建设提供科学参考。 Objective To study the effects of different chemical solutions on the germination of Gentiana daidzein induced by dehydration.
