Based on the validity theory of foreign language testing, this article analyzes a test paper of College English Test-Band Three. It sets focus on the discussion of listening comprehension, vocabulary and structure testing, reading comprehension and translation testing. In the end the author gives some personal opinions and suggestions on College English Test-Band Three.
