中国散协二届四次常务理事扩大会议于2001年元月4日至5日在北京中烟金山饭店召开,27位常务理事实到24位,30个省、区、市除四川省请假外,只有贵州省没有到会。这次会议是在21世纪刚刚开始,机构改革有了结果,散装水泥专项资金政策得到延续的情况下召开的,是一次重要的会议。会议由朱光前理事长主持,朱光前理事长首先传达了国家经贸委司(局)发文资源函[2000]046号《关于再生资源、汽车更新、散装水泥、墙材革新与建筑节能工作机构调整的通知》和财政部财综[2000]8号《关于同意延长散装水泥专项资金征收期限有关问题的复函》两个文件,通报有关情况。接着,毕俊生秘书长做了
The 4th executive meeting of the second session of the China Association for Promotion of the People’s Republic of China was held at the Jinshan Hotel in Beijing from January 4th to 5th, 2001.
