国有企业的精神文明建设是我国社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容和必须组成部分。它包含两个部分,一是企业人员的科学素养,另是企业人员的人文素养,两个方面都是不可或缺的。推进国有企业的精神文明建设对于企业沿着正确的方向发展,凝聚职工力量,实现自己的经营目标,完成国有企业的社会责任,都有着十分重要的意义。
The construction of spiritual civilization in state-owned enterprises is an important part and an essential part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in our country. It consists of two parts, one is the scientific literacy of enterprise personnel, and the other is the humanistic quality of enterprise staff, both of which are indispensable. To promote the building of a spiritual civilization of state-owned enterprises is of great significance to the development of enterprises in the right direction, the gathering of staff and workers, the realization of their own business objectives and the fulfillment of the social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises.
