2014年11月27日,陕西省十二届人大常委会第十四次会议在西安闭幕。会议表决通过了《陕西省测绘成果管理条例》和《陕西省实施〈中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法〉办法》,两部法规均将于2015年3月1日起施行。其中,《陕西省实施〈中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法〉办法》明确:对干涉老年人婚姻自由,拒绝赡养、抚养义务,实施家暴的行为,应进行批评教育,构成犯罪的应依法追究刑事
On November 27, 2014, the 14th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Shaanxi Province was closed in Xi’an. The meeting voted to pass the Measures for the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Achievements in Shaanxi Province and Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly. Shaanxi Provincial People’s Republic of China promulgated the two laws and regulations on March 1, 2015.
