铸链带式输送机工作在高温热处理炉内,其结构特点是由多排链节铰接成链带,在全封闭炉内输送热处理工件;输送机滚筒表面焊有齿块,与链带啮合传动;零件材质均采用耐高温合金钢等。文中介绍了计算链带阻力和驱动功率的公式及设计参数。
