合成了三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺(简称NTB)及一水合硝酸三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺合锌(Ⅱ)C26H23N9O7Zn。由红外光谱分析得出锌(Ⅱ)与配体中的氮发生配位。其单晶体属于四方晶系,空间群为I42d(NO.122),晶胞参数为a=22.349(3)b=22.349(3)c=22.255(4)。晶体结构由直接法解出,R=0.061。分子由NTB和锌(Ⅱ)及一分子水、两个硝酸根组成。整个分子呈现不规则的C3v对称特点,配合物中锌(Ⅱ)的配位构型为扭曲的三角双锥。
Synthesis of tris (2-benzimidazolylmethylene) amine (NTB) and tris (2-benzimidazolylmethylene) amine nitrate zinc (II) C26H23N9O7Zn monohydrate. From infrared spectroscopy, zinc (Ⅱ) was coordinated with nitrogen in the ligand. The single crystal belongs to the tetragonal system with space group I42d (NO.122). The unit cell parameters are a = 22.349 (3) b = 22.349 (3) c = 22.255 (4) . The crystal structure is solved by the direct method, R = 0.061. The molecule consists of NTB and zinc (II) and one molecule of water, two of nitrate. The whole molecule presents an irregular characteristic of C3v symmetry, and the coordination configuration of zinc (Ⅱ) in the complex is a twisted triangular double cone.
