初步确定贵州不同地区引种“紫斑”果实品质差异。通过对引种“紫斑”果实性状及主要营养成分进行分析,并以贵阳引种的普通白牡丹作为参照。结果表明:黎平“紫斑”油脂中亚油酸和亚麻酸含量高达72.936%;贵阳“紫斑”牡丹籽出仁率、出油率和单不饱和脂肪酸均表现优异,分别为68.93%、26.801%和27.232%;而贵阳引种的白牡丹单籽重和蛋白质含量高达0.420 g、25.762%;因此贵州引种的“紫斑”牡丹果实初步表现良好,不同引种地区牡丹籽的表现不尽相同,可根据牡丹籽不同表现进行合理开发利用。
Preliminary identification of different regions of Guizhou introduced “purple spot ” fruit quality differences. Through the introduction of “purple spot ” fruit traits and the main nutrients were analyzed, and the introduction of Guiyang ordinary white peony as a reference. The results showed that the content of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in Liping purple purpurea oil was as high as 72.936%, and the kernel rate, oil yield and monounsaturated fatty acids of Guiyang purple purpurea peony seed were all excellent, which were 68.93% , 26.801% and 27.232%, respectively. However, the single seed weight and protein content of white peony in Guiyang were as high as 0.420 g and 25.762%, respectively. Therefore, the purple peony fruit introduced in Guizhou initially showed good performance, The same, according to different performance of peony seeds for rational development and utilization.
