党中央提出在本世纪末下世纪初我国经济建设的重点将转移到西部,经过二三十年或更长的一段时间,将我省建设成为全国第一流的林牧业基地,这即是我省农业建设的战略目标。因此,如何尽快建立起一个适应我省农业经济和社会发展需要的、结构合理的农业教育体系,以便迅速提高农业生产者的科学技术水平,使农业加速向知识密集型和技术密集型产业转化,则是我们要加以探讨的问题。
The CPC Central Committee proposes that the focus of China’s economic construction will be shifted to the west by the end of the 21st century and that after a period of two or three decades or more, the province will be built into a first-class forest and animal husbandry base in China. This is the construction of agriculture in our province Strategic goal. Therefore, how to set up a well-structured agricultural education system that meets the needs of agricultural economy and social development in our province as soon as possible in order to rapidly improve the scientific and technological level of agricultural producers and accelerate the transformation of agriculture to knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive industries, It is the issue we are going to discuss.
