遵照伟大领铀毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略方针,我国的水利电力建设和农业排灌工程日益发展,输、配电线路上铝线代替铜线获得了广泛的应用。根据使用条件对铜—铝过渡接头有下列几个要求:①接头的接触电阻要求小而且稳定;②耐腐蚀性好;③有足够的机械强度。我们采用两种钎焊方法(铝—锡—锌—硅合金钎焊;锡—锌—铜合金钎焊)进行了试制工作生产实践表明,用钎焊法来生产铜—铝过渡接头,是完全可以应用的。
