课程是学校开展教育教学的主要载体,教师课程意识的强弱对课程的实施和效果起到先决性条件作用。高中新课程改革的深入,推动了教师的专业发展和学校的特色发展。针对课程意识存在的薄弱问题和历史学科的课程特点,我们尝试着构建了“一主三动”的课程意识培养模式。强调教师的主体性,凸显学生、学校、标杆在课程意识培育中所起的作用。指出课程意识培养中需要破解的课程行政化和校本化、课程制度与个性发展、必修课和选修课的关系等三对矛盾。
Curriculum is the main carrier of education and teaching in schools. The strength of teacher’s awareness of curriculum has a precondition to the implementation and effectiveness of the curriculum. The deepening of new curriculum reform in senior high schools has promoted the professional development of teachers and the development of distinctive schools. In view of the weakness of the curriculum awareness and the characteristics of the curriculum in the history, we try to build the curriculum awareness training mode of “one master, three movements”. Emphasize the subjectivity of teachers, highlighting the role of students, schools, benchmarking in the cultivation of curriculum awareness. The author points out three contradictions such as the need to solve the problems of curriculum administration and school-basedization, the development of curriculum system and individuality, the relationship between compulsory and elective courses in the cultivation of curriculum awareness.
