1992年在牛街地区3个居委会开展了社区保健工作,报告如下: 一、一般情况三个居委会共有1973户,5477人。两名医生负责社区保健工作,平均每人负担2740人。5477人中离退休655人占11.96％;残疾60人占1.1％;其中精神病18人,患病率为3.3‰;军残8人;肢残21;呆傻5人,聋哑5人,盲3人。年内出生44人,出生率8.03‰;死亡28人,死亡率5.11‰,自然增长率2.92‰。地段内幼儿园4所、小学1所、中专校1所、卫生站、所3个,农贸市场1个,人口流动量大。65岁以上649人,占总人口11.9％,已进入老龄化结构。居民就医方便,疾病多能得到早期诊治。
