抽水蓄能电站是一种经济可靠的调峰电站,这已被世界上许多国家的生产实践所证明。它具有启动灵活、爬峰(卸荷)速度快、调荷幅度大等优点,最能适应电力系统负荷的剧烈变化。在电力系统中能起调峰填谷作用,改善系统运行条件,节省燃料。因此,在许多国家得到广泛采用。本文介绍国内外抽水蓄能电站的发展简况,并对装机容量选择方法作初步评述。一、国内外发展简况抽水蓄能电站已有百年的发展史。最早的蓄能电站于1882年在瑞士苏黎世兴建,功率仅515千瓦,抽水扬程153米,将汛期多余水量从河流或下水库抽蓄到上水库中,供枯水期放水
Pumped storage power station is a kind of economic and reliable peak-shaving power station, which has been proved by many countries’ production practices in the world. It has the advantages of flexible start-up, peak climbing (unloading) speed, large load transfer range and the like, which can best adapt to drastic changes of power system load. In the power system can play a peak-filling effect, improve system operating conditions and save fuel. Therefore, it is widely adopted in many countries. This paper introduces the development of pumped storage power stations at home and abroad, and gives a preliminary review on the method of selecting installed capacity. First, domestic and international development pumped storage power station has a history of a hundred years. The earliest energy storage plant was built in Zurich, Switzerland in 1882, with a power of only 515 kilowatts and a pumping lift of 153 meters. The excess water during the flood season was pumped from the river or the lower reservoir to the upper reservoir for drainage during the dry season
