师范生的教学技能培养研究项目从理论和实践两个方面对教学技能培养进行探索。理论上,对新课标下的小学英语教学技能进行了界定、分类,构建了立体化的培养模式;在教学实践中,对英语专业课程教学中渗透、融汇教学技能培养的可行性、模式的操作性及实效性进行了验证。该研究所形成的系列研究成果具有一定的创新性和运用价值。新课程标准的施行要求高师教育培养教学基本技能过硬,综合素质高,适应课程改革要求的师范生。因此,一个更新师范生的教育理念,强化师范生教学技能训练的新的师范生培养体系急需被建立起来。
Normal students teaching skills training research project from both theoretical and practical aspects of teaching skills to explore exploration. The series of research results formed by the Institute have certain innovative and operational value. The implementation of the new curriculum standards require higher normal education teacher training basic skills, high overall quality, to meet the requirements of curriculum reform normal students. Therefore, a new education idea for normal students and a new normal student training system to strengthen normal students’ teaching skills training needs to be established urgently.
