目的:探索并分析当前国际乳腺癌护理领域的现况和热点，为我国乳腺癌护理的进一步研究提供借鉴。方法:通过PubMed检索2014—2019年发表的乳腺癌护理文献，利用书目信息数据挖掘系统软件和SPSS 22.0软件进行文献计量及共词聚类分析。结果:共纳入文献948篇，提取频次≥13次的高频词40个，聚类分析后获得4个研究热点：药物使用、不良反应管理和护士角色；决策共享和医患沟通；幸存者心理状况和生活质量；知信行模式与早期筛查。结论:本研究较为客观真实地反映了国际乳腺癌护理领域的研究热点，为国内该领域研究和资助重点提供了一些方向。“,”Objective:To explore and analyze the current status and hotspots in the field of international breast cancer nursing and provide reference for further research on breast cancer nursing in China.Methods:PubMed was used to search literature of breast cancer nursing published from 2014 to 2019. Bibliometric analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the literatures via bibliographic item cooccurrence matrix builder and SPSS 22.0 software.Results:A total of 948 literatures were included and 40 high-frequency words with frequency greater than or equal to 13 times were extracted. After cluster analysis, four research hotspots were obtained, including drug use, adverse reaction management and the role of nurses; decision-making sharing and doctor-patient communication; survivors' psychological status and quality of life and knowledge, attitude and practice mode and early screening.Conclusions:This research objectively and truly reflects research hotspots in the field of breast cancer nursing in the world and provides some directions for domestic research and funding priorities in this field.
