株洲民营科技企业经过20多年的发展,取得了不俗的成绩。但是,也还存在不少的困难与问题,包括经济环境问题、政策制度问题、资金融资问题、产业布局和产品品牌问题等。面对这些问题,可以从五个方面采取有针对性的应对策略:一要进一步解放思想,转变观念,提高认识;二要完善法规政策体系,优化经济发展环境;三要破解资金难题,开辟多方融资渠道;四要培训和引进优秀人才,提高管理水平;五要围绕支柱产业,推进产业配套,培育具有本土特色的强势产业集群。
Zhuzhou private technology enterprises after 20 years of development, achieved good results. However, there are still many difficulties and problems, including the economic environment, policy issues, financing issues, industrial layout and product brand issues. Faced with these problems, we can adopt targeted strategies in five aspects: First, to further emancipate the mind, change concepts and raise awareness; second, we must perfect the system of laws, regulations and policies and optimize the environment for economic development; third, we must solve the financial problems and open up multi-party Financing channels; Fourth, training and introduction of talented people to improve the management level; Fifth, we must focus on pillar industries, promote industrial facilities, cultivate strong local industry clusters.
