研究了热镀锌连续退火工艺对Nb-Ti-IF钢性能及再结晶织构的影响。利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对带钢在80 m/min和120 m/min两种带速条件下的连续退火工艺进行了模拟,采用780、820、860、900℃4种模拟温度。用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、光学显微镜、电子拉伸试验机对样品的再结晶织构、组织、第二相粒子及力学性能进行了检测和分析。结果表明,退火工艺直接影响退火试样的力学性能、第二相粒子的形态、大小及分布和退火织构。经综合分析,给出了Nb-Ti-IF钢最佳连续退火制度。
The effect of continuous galvanizing process on properties and recrystallization texture of Nb-Ti-IF steel was studied. The Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator was used to simulate the continuous annealing process of strip under two kinds of belt speeds of 80 m / min and 120 m / min. Four kinds of simulation temperature were used, 780, 820, 860 and 900 ℃. The recrystallization texture, microstructure, second-phase particles and mechanical properties of the samples were detected and analyzed by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, optical microscope and electronic tensile testing machine. The results show that the annealing process directly affects the mechanical properties of annealed samples, the shape, size and distribution of second-phase particles and annealing texture. After a comprehensive analysis, the optimal continuous annealing system for Nb-Ti-IF steel is given.
