目的对中国数字化可视人体(CVH)男1号肺静脉系统进行三维重建,研究肺静脉系统的解剖特点,为教学、影像诊断及胸部手术提供精确的肺静脉系统三维模型。方法对中国数字化可视人体数据集连续断面图像进行连续追踪观察和图像配准,在包含肺的断面上分割肺静脉,对分割结果运用3DMed软件通过阈值分割算法进行三维重建。结果本研究完整地重建出肺静脉系统,重建图像质量较高,可单独显示肺静脉系统三维模型,也可同时显示肺和肺静脉以及肺内其他管道系统三维模型,以显示肺内各结构的空间位置和毗邻关系,以上结构都可从任意角度进行观察并进行缩放。结论本研究分析了肺静脉系统的组成及其在肺内的空间分布情况,实现了肺静脉系统的三维可视化。
Objective To reconstruct the pulmonary venous system of Chinese digital human visualization (CVH) male No.1 and study the anatomical features of the pulmonary venous system and to provide a precise three-dimensional model of the pulmonary venous system for teaching, imaging diagnosis and thoracic surgery. Methods Continuous tracking observation and image registration were performed on continuous digital images of Chinese digital human visualization datasets. Pulmonary veins were segmentalized on the lung-covered sections. The 3DMed software was used to reconstruct the three-dimensional reconstruction of the segmentation results by using the threshold segmentation algorithm. Results In this study, the pulmonary vein system was completely reconstructed and the reconstructed image quality was high. The three-dimensional model of the pulmonary vein system could be displayed separately. The three-dimensional model of the pulmonary and pulmonary veins and other ductal systems in the lung could also be displayed to show the spatial location and Adjacent to the relationship, the above structure can be observed from any point of view and zoom. Conclusions This study analyzed the composition of the pulmonary venous system and its spatial distribution in the lungs and achieved 3D visualization of the pulmonary venous system.
