近年来,我们为完善和发展振冲法施工的机具设备,研制成功了振冲器的橡胶减振器和ZCJL型振冲施工自动记录仪。一、振冲器的橡胶减振器在振冲法施工中,为避免振冲器产生的振动传至吊管,振冲器与吊管之间设置了一个振动节头,见图1。它在振冲器与吊管之间可产生一定的相对位移,防止连接螺钉被剪切。过去我们一直沿用机械式万向节。由于这种机械式节头的间隙较小,振动体与固定体之间仅能起到一定的缓冲作用,减振效果不佳。机械式万向节头持久地承受冲击和振动荷载,经常出现断裂现象,特别当振冲器在穿过较为坚硬的土层时,损坏更为严重。因而大大降低了振冲器的设备完好率,影响了振冲法施工的工效。万向节头又处于中心位置,电缆和水管要从旁边绕道通过,易被万向节头磨穿,产生漏电漏水现象,很
