目的探讨上尿路结石梗阻并急性肾衰的治疗方法。方法应用输尿管镜、气压弹道碎石等方法,急诊治疗输尿管结石梗阻并急性肾衰26例。结果26例梗阻解除,肾功能恢复正常或接近正常,无严重并发症。结论输尿管镜治疗上尿路结石梗阻并急性肾衰疗效好,安全,损伤小,并发症少,有条件者应作为治疗的首选方法。 Objective To investigate the treatment of upper urinary tract obstruction and acute renal failure. Methods Ureteroscopy, pneumatic lithotripsy and other methods, emergency treatment of ureteral calculi obstruction and acute renal failure in 26 cases. Results Twenty-six patients were relieved of obstruction, and their renal function returned to normal or nearly normal without serious complications. Conclusion Ureteroscopic treatment of upper urinary tract obstruction and acute renal failure efficacy, safety, less injury, fewer complications, conditions should be as the preferred method of treatment.
