我们近8年来以已故老中医邱光烈之祖传秘方“龙郁承气汤”为主、辨证加减治疗癫狂50例,效果显著。现报导如下:一般资料本组男24例,女26例;年龄15——44岁46例,,45岁以上4例。病史最短者2天,最长者16个月,平均58天。治疗方法基本方:龙胆草郁金枳实桃仁茯神各10-15克胆南星天竺黄各8—12克黄芩10—12克木通10—20 大黄10—100克芒硝10—45克。每日一剂,早、中、晚三次煎服,每十剂为一疗程,间隔两天可进行下一疗程。辨证加减起病急聚,突然狂乱,两目怒视、逾垣上屋,大便秘结,舌质红绛、苔黄
