为了充分利用山区水力资源和解决我国西南、西北高原等山区、半山区农田灌溉和人,畜用水的迫切需要,农机部下达了由云南农机所、福建水轮泵所和云南华宁县农机厂共同研制高水头G30—10水轮泵的课题。1981年6月由云南机械厅主持通过了鉴定。 G30—10水轮泵是一种高水头高扬程水轮泵。它由经过改进的ZD440转轮和三个低比数叶轮同轴组合而成。具有性能指标先进、汽蚀性能较好,运行平稳可靠、结构紧凑、安装维修方便,所需过流量小等特点。它是我国目前单机扬程最高的水轮泵。适合于高水头、高扬程、小溪流地区使用。可以克服过高水头水轮泵站用低水头水轮泵时只得将水头分段使用、多台串联的缺点。
In order to make full use of mountainous water resources and solve the urgent needs of farmland irrigation and human and livestock water supply in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas in southwestern and northwestern plateau areas of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Machinery issued a joint effort by Yunnan Agricultural Machinery Institute, Fujian Hydro-turbine Pumping Station and Yunnan Huaning County Farm Machinery Factory Development of high head G30-10 water pump project. June 1981 by the Yunnan Machinery Agency passed the appraisal. G30-10 turbine pump is a high head high-lift turbine pump. It consists of an improved ZD440 runner and three low-ratio impellers coaxially combined. With advanced performance indicators, cavitation performance is better, stable and reliable operation, compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, the required over-flow characteristics of small. It is the highest single wheel lift pump in China. Suitable for high head, high lift, small stream area use. Can overcome the high head water wheel pump station with a low head water pump only had to use the head section, the shortcomings of more than one.
