学校德育是以开展丰富多彩的活动达到品德教育,可是各德育活动彼此之间没有紧密联系,如同一盘散沙。德育课程迅速成为学校德育工作的重点和难点,课题《“3L”体验式仁课程的实践与研究》应运而生。仁课程是集综合节庆、实践和仪式的所有学校德育课程的总称,具体从“概括德育主题——设计活动方案——实践课程活动——总结提炼成果”几方面操作实施,由此走进仁课程,解读仁课程,构建仁课程,让仁课程成为学校的德育品牌。
