随着一校多区成为各高校建设发展的普遍趋势,构建多校区学生党建工作运行模式成为一种现实要求。纵观各校党建工作现状,多存在校区间的差异性、分散性和分割性大,学生党建工作在分校区间联系不紧密,学生党员传帮带机制难以形成等问题。因此,在多校区学生党建工作中,要着力突破传统模式下横向联系松散的瓶颈,在强化原有工作体系纵向联系的同时,加强横向协调,努力构建多校区学生党建的“双强”模式。
