[目的]观察补肾强骨汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗中老年骨质疏松疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组30例鲑鱼降钙素,200iU鼻喷,隔天1次。治疗组30例补肾强骨汤(桑寄生、杜仲、补骨脂、骨碎补各15g,山药20g,山茱萸15g,菟丝子20g,牛膝15g,蜈蚣2条,伸筋草15g,地龙2条,黄芪30g,乳香15g,没药10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;鲑鱼降钙素治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、骨密度、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效3例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效2例,有效17例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。骨密度两组均有提升(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组提升优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]补肾强骨汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗中老年骨质疏松,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushenqianggu Decoction combined with salmon calcitonin on middle-aged and elderly patients with osteoporosis. [Method] Using randomized parallel control method, 60 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. Control group, 30 cases of salmon calcitonin, 200iU nasal spray, every other day. Treatment group, 30 cases of Bushenqianggu Tang (Sang parasitic, Eucommia, psoralen, Drynaria 15g, yam 20g, dogwood 15g, dodder 20g, Achyranthes 15g, centipede 2, Sclatergrass 15g, Dragon 2 , Astragalus 30g, frankincense 15g, myrrh 10g), 1 / d, decoction 200m L, sooner or later orally; salmon calcitonin treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 months as a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, bone mineral density, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 6 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group was markedly effective in 3 cases, effective in 23 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 90.00%. In the control group, 2 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 63.33%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The bone mineral density increased in both groups (P <0.01, P <0.05), and the treatment group improved more than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Bushen Qianggu Decoction combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with osteoporosis has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
