目的:采用颧骨种植支抗后牵引上颌骨,观察在牵引力作用下上颌骨和颧骨周围相关骨缝的组织学变化。方法:生长发育期恒河猴4只,3只用于研究(1只牵引1.5个月、2只牵引3个月),1只作为对照;HE染色和活体骨标记染色,观察上颌骨周围的颧颌缝、横腭缝、翼腭缝、额颌缝以及颧骨后部的颧额缝、颧颞缝、蝶颧缝的组织学变化。结果:上颌骨周围4条骨缝发生明显的以吸收为主的组织学反应。由于骨缝的位置和走向不同,横腭缝、额颌缝表现为骨突顶部吸收为特征的楔形交错性反应;翼腭缝表现为骨突一侧骨表面沉积、另一侧表面骨吸收的位相性反应;颧颌缝兼有2种反应。颧骨后部骨缝呈现牵张状态,观察到骨沉积增加,破骨活动较弱,同样表现出3种不同的骨缝反应。结论:颧骨种植支抗后牵引使上颌骨和颧骨周围骨缝发生了有别于生理性生长改建的明显变化,但未发现破坏性改变。上颌骨周围骨缝组织学反应以吸收为主,不同骨缝组织学反应有所差异,上颌骨因此向后移动并伴有一定的旋转。颧骨后部骨缝发生了与传统口外弓作用不同的牵张成骨反应。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the histological changes of the related sutures around the maxilla and the zygomatic bone under the action of traction with the support of the cheekbones. METHODS: Four Rhesus monkeys were used during the growth and development phase, three were used for the study (one traction 1.5 months, two traction 3 months) and one as control. HE staining and in vivo bone labeling staining were used to observe Zygomatic jaw, transverse palate, palatal palate, frontal maxilla and zygomatic frontal zygomatic zygapophyseal, zygomatic and zygomatic seams histological changes. Results: There were obvious histological reactions in four sutures around the maxilla. Due to the different location and direction of the suture, the maxillary palatal septum showed the wedge-shaped interdental reaction characterized by the absorption of the top of the osteotomy. The palatal and palatal seams were characterized by the deposition of bone surface on the side of the osteotomy and the bone resorption on the other side Phase reaction; zygomatic jaw both two kinds of response. Posterior zygomatic suture showed a stretch, bone deposition was observed increased, osteoclast activity is weak, also showed three different types of suture reaction. CONCLUSION: The zygomatic implant support traction leads to significant changes of the maxillary and zygomatic bone seams which are different from the physiological growth remodeling, but no destructive changes were found. The histopathological response of the maxillary bone was mainly absorbed. The histological responses of different sutures were different. The maxilla moved backward and accompanied with some rotation. Distal osteotomy of the zygomatic back bone has a different distraction osteogenesis response than the traditional oral bow.
