利用1961-2009年铜仁地区10个县站逐日降水量资料、最高气温和平均气温资料,以及NCEP 2.5°×2.5°再分析资料,诊断分析了2009年7月10日~9月9日高温干旱的环流形势和物理量场,结果表明:(1)西太平洋副热带高压较常年异常偏强、偏西和南亚高压中心偏西、东伸偏强,是这次铜仁地区高温干旱发生的主要原因。(2)副热带高压在30°N附近维持,冷空气活动偏北,导致铜仁地区出现持续高温天气。(3)南海夏季风偏强,水汽输送偏弱,南北风辐合偏北偏西,导致了铜仁地区夏季降水偏少。(4)在干旱发生期间,铜仁地区异常的下沉运动引起局地气温上升,降水较少。(5)OLR场在孟加拉湾、南海南部、东海及日本海一带夏季水汽输送区以及贵州周围、青藏高原东部、湖南及江西一带表现为明显的正距平控制,对流活动偏弱。“,”Using the daily precipitation and mean temperature data at 10 stations of Tongren area in 1961-2009,the daily precipitation and maximum temperature from 10 July to 9 September 2009 and NCEP 2.5°×2.5° reanalysis data,the circulation situation and physics of high temperature and drought in Tongren area from July to September 2009 were studied and discussed.The results show that: (1) the subtropical high over the western Pacific is located westward and relatively strong.(2) The cold air activity center is northward and the subtropical high maintain in 30°N.(3) The vapor transport is weaker to cause precipitation reduce.(4) The air current downward motion was stronger to cause the local temperature rise.(5) The summer water vapor transport zones of Bay of Bengal,south of South sea,East sea and Japan sea and Guizhou,east of Tibetan plateau,Hunan and Jiangxi are obvouis positive departure ,the convection activity is weak.
