近年来,我国开始了十二五发展规划进程,我国电网企业指出,在十二五操作当中,要建设一个布局合理层次清晰分工明确协作高效的科技创新体系,培养一批适合电网公司发展需要的创新型人才,逐步实现两个一流的奋斗目标目前,随着三集五大体系建设的不断深入,企业的管理体制和工作机制发生了深刻的变化,企业工会组织面临着新的发展机遇和新的挑战对此,作为企业基层工会组织,应及时转变观念,调整思路,创新思维,切实加强自身建设,以主动积极的工作姿态,求真务实的工作作风,适应企业改革发展新的形势,抓住机遇,迎接挑战,发展自我,有为有位,充分体现工会组织在企业改革发展中的地位和作用。
