为促进企业履行社会责任和义务,实现企业与社会的协调和谐发展,《企业内部控制配套指引》提出了企业应履行的包括安全生产、产品质量、环境保护、资源节约、促进就业和员工权益保护等几项社会职责和义务。但作为当今复杂、多变市场经济环境下的现代化企业,要得到更好、更快、更合理的发展,其应履行的社会责任和义务还应该包括依法纳税、维护股票市场和金融市场的有序发展、禁止权钱交易和商业贿赂,以及加强对员工的思想及道德方面的教育等,本文即结合现实情况阐述了对企业进行社会责任感的教育和培养的现实意义。

This paper expounds the practical significance of educating and cultivating the corporate social responsibility in light of the actual situation.
