2014年12月28日上午,由宁夏社会科学院、宁夏社会科学界联合会主办的“国家战略下的回族学创新与发展——祝贺杨怀中先生八十华诞学术研讨会”在银川市中华回乡文化园举行。自治区政协副主席洪洋、自治区党委宣传部副部长马宇桢、宁夏社会科学院院长张进海、宁夏社会科学界联合会主席杨占武等相关部门的领导出席了会议,暨南大学马明达教授、山西社会科学院谢启源研究员、中央民族大学杨桂萍教授、新疆师范大学王平教授、新疆大学海峰教授、上海复旦大学路伟东副教授等以及区内宁夏大学、北方民族大学、宁夏社会科学院等院校科研部门的专家学者80多人参加了研讨会。杨怀中先生的老朋友、老领导以及家属也参加了会议。研讨会先后由宁夏社会科学院副院长张少明和宁夏社会科学界联合会主席杨占武主持,自治区政协洪洋副主席讲话,宁夏社会科学院张进海院长致欢迎词,自治区党委宣传部副部长马宇桢向杨怀中先生赠送纪念品,青年科研人员代表向杨怀中先生敬献了鲜花。来自美国、日本、吉尔吉斯斯坦及区内外60多个单位和个人发来、送来贺信、贺词、贺书、贺礼。暨南大学教授、博士生导师马明达先生作了《国学与回族学的创新》的主题演讲。刘天明、王平、杨桂萍、路伟东和丁明俊等专家学者在研讨会上发言。我们选辑了发言摘要,以飨读者。
On the morning of December 28, 2014, organized by the Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences and the Ningxia Social Science Federation, the “Innovation and Development of Hui Studies under the National Strategy - Congratulation on the 80th Birthday Academic Symposium of Yang Huai-Zhong” Township Cultural Park held. Hong Yang, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, Ma Yuzhen, vice minister of Propaganda Department of the CPC autonomous region, Zhang Jinhai, president of Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences, , Professor Yang Guiping from the Central University for Nationalities, Professor Wang Ping from Xinjiang Normal University, Professor Haifeng from Xinjiang University and Associate Professor Lu Weidong from Fudan University in Shanghai and more than 80 experts and scholars from Ningxia University, North China Nationalities University and Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences People attended the seminar. Mr. Yang Huai-chung’s old friend, old leader and family members also attended the meeting. The seminar was successively chaired by Zhang Shaoming, vice president of Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences, and Yang Zhanwu, chairman of Ningxia Social Science Federation. Vice Chairman Hong Yang, CPPCC National Committee, delivered a speech and the president of Jinhai Academy of Social Sciences addressed a welcome speech. Ma Yuzhen, vice minister of Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Autonomous Region, Mr. gift souvenirs, young researchers on behalf of Yang Huai-Zhong flowers presented. More than 60 units and individuals from the United States, Japan, Kyrgyzstan and the region sent letters of congratulation, messages of congratulation, greeting cards and gifts. Mr. Ma Mingda, a professor and doctoral tutor at Jinan University, gave a keynote speech entitled “Innovations in Chinese Studies and Hui Studies”.
