高职院校的最终教学目的是培养应用型的专业人才,只有学生具备较强的专业认同感,才会对自己所学专业产生浓厚的学习兴趣,更加积极、主动地学习专业知识,使自身的专业能力得到提高。所以,在高职院校教学过程中,教师需要重视对学生专业认同感培养。我们以西南几所高职院校学生为调查对象,根据调查结果分析影响学生专业认同的具体因素,对增强高职院校学生专业认同的有效策略进行分析。
The final purpose of teaching in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate applied professionals. Only students with strong professional identity will have a strong interest in studying major. They will be more active and initiative in learning professional knowledge and make themselves The professional ability is improved. Therefore, in the process of teaching in higher vocational colleges, teachers need to pay attention to cultivate students’ professional identity. Based on the survey results, we analyzed the specific factors that affect the professional identity of students and analyzed the effective strategies to enhance the professional identity of students in higher vocational colleges.
