China Evening News Association held its annual meeting in Changsha in November 2003 and announced the winning entries of the “China Evening News Award” last year. The “Legend of a Bicycle”, which was co-written and written by author and correspondent Chen Zongbiao, won the “Grand Prize” and is the only one winning this award in the evening newspaper in Jiangsu Province. The newsletter also won the China Landmark News Award and Jiangsu Newspaper respectively
