目的了解周口市土源性线虫病疫情动态,掌握流行规律和影响因素,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法按照全国土源性线虫病监测方案要求,选择淮阳县郑集乡官路边行政村为监测点。结果共监测合格便样1 029份,土源性线虫总感染率为11.66%(120/1 029),其中蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫感染率分别为6.41%(66/1 029)、0.1%(1/1 029)、3.4%(35/1 029),0~9岁组土源性线虫感染率为23.86%,明显高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.40,P<0.01)。结论该地区人群土源性线虫感染率以10岁以下儿童为高,应为重点防治对策。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of soil-borne nematodes in Zhoukou, to master the epidemic rules and influencing factors, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of control strategies. Methods According to the national soil-borne nematode monitoring program requirements, choose Huaiyang Zheng Jixiang official roadside village as the monitoring point. Results A total of 1 029 samples were obtained. The total infection rate of soil-borne nematodes was 11.66% (120/1 029). The infection rates of roundworm, whipworm and hookworm were 6.41% (66/1 029) and 0.1% The incidence of soil-borne nematodes in 0-9 years old group was 23.86%, which was significantly higher than that in other groups (χ2 = 36.40, P <0.01) . Conclusion The prevalence of soil-borne nematodes in this area is high for children under 10 years old, and should be the key prevention and control measures.
