目的 比较头孢地尼与其他 4种抗菌药物对临床常见呼吸道致病菌的体外抗菌活性。方法 采用琼脂稀释法测定对 239株临床分离菌株的最低抑菌浓度。结果 金黄色葡萄球菌 (MSSA)对头孢地尼的敏感性最高,敏感率为 100%,肺炎链球菌(包括PSSP、PISP)对头孢地尼的敏感性较高,敏感率为 63 6% ~100 0%。流感嗜血杆菌、卡他莫拉菌对 3种头孢菌素类抗菌药物比较敏感。肺炎克雷伯菌中产ESBL菌株对 3种头孢菌素类抗菌药物耐药率为 100%;非产ESBLs菌株对 3种头孢菌素类抗菌药物的敏感率为 73 1% ~88 5%。结论 头孢地尼与其他 4种抗菌药物比较,对呼吸道常见致病菌有较强的抗菌活性。
Objective To compare the in vitro antibacterial activity of cefdinir with four other antibacterial agents against common respiratory pathogens. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentrations of 239 clinical isolates were determined by agar dilution method. Results Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) had the highest sensitivity to cefdinir with a sensitivity of 100%. The sensitivity of S. pneumoniae (including PSSP and PISP) to cefdinir was high, with a sensitivity of 63 6% -100 0%. Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis are sensitive to the three cephalosporin antibiotics. The ESBL strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were resistant to three kinds of cephalosporin antibiotics. The sensitivity of non-producing ESBLs strains to three kinds of cephalosporin antibiotics was 73 1% ~ 88 5%. Conclusion Cefdinir compared with the other four kinds of antibacterial drugs, the respiratory tract common pathogens have strong antibacterial activity.
