Spring rolls were originally a kind of seasonal food that people ate on the day of “Spring” or the day before, and gradually developed into a good spot because of the deliciousness, even on the banquet. For some time before and after the Spring Festival in Shanghai, stalls selling spring rolls wrapped around the market. People bought their own home wraps to fill their favorite fillings and used them for self-service or brokering. This shows that the scope of application has been expanded. Today, not only the spring rolls are available for sale in all seasons, but also the peppers are also available perennial in some supermarkets after quick-freezing.
