目的了解辽宁省锦州市传染病网络直报工作状况,评价锦州市2006-2010年传染病网络直报的报告质量。方法从《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中获取锦州市传染病网络直报数据库资料,以《传染病防治法》及有关规范为依据,按医疗机构、疾控机构不同职责,对直报数据进行统计处理。结果锦州市网络报告率由2006年的26.96%逐年上升至2010年的100%;未及时报告率由2006年的30.20%下降至2010年的0.17%;未及时审核率由2006年的5.72%下降至2010年的0.04%;重卡率由2006年的0.06%下降至2010年的无重卡。结论锦州市2006-2010年传染病网络直报质量逐年提高,但是未及时报告、未及时审核和漏报情况仍然存在,提示仍有必要加强对疾控机构和医疗机构相关人员的培训。
Objective To understand the working status of communicable diseases direct reporting in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, and to evaluate the quality of reports of communicable diseases direct reports in Jinzhou from 2006 to 2010. Results The network reporting rate of Jinzhou City increased from 26.96% in 2006 to 100% in 2010; the non-timely reporting rate dropped from 30.20% in 2006 to 0.17% in 2010; the rate of non-prompt approval decreased from 5.72% in 2006 To 0.04% in 2010; the rate of heavy trucks dropped from 0.06% in 2006 to no heavy truck in 2010. Conclusion The quality of direct reporting of communicable diseases network in Jinzhou City increased from 2006 to 2010 year by year. However, it failed to be reported in time and the situation of lack of timely verification and omission still existed, suggesting that it is still necessary to strengthen the training of CDC and related personnel in medical institutions.
