随着我国现代化通讯技术的不断发展,中等以上城市的程控电话、国内、国际长途直拨电话及港澳台长途直拨电话已基本普及,现代化的通讯技术促进了经济的繁荣,提高了工作效率,也给生活带来了极大的方便。但是伴随而来的电话费用支出猛增,供求矛盾突出。在市场经济的新体制下,如何加强对电话费用管理,既保证工作需要,又节约支出,减少浪费,堵塞漏洞,已成为财政部门需要研究的新课题。
With the continuous development of our country’s modern communication technology, the programmed telephone, the domestic and international long-distance direct dial telephone and the long-distance direct dial telephone in Hong Kong, Maucao and Taiwan have been basically popularized in the cities above middle level. The modern communication technology has promoted the economic prosperity and raised the working efficiency. Life has brought great convenience. However, accompanied by soaring telephone charges, prominent contradiction between supply and demand. Under the new market economy system, how to strengthen the management of telephone charges has not only ensured the need of work, but also saved expenditure, reduced waste and plugged loopholes, which has become a new topic that the financial departments need to study.
