目前,我国传媒产业利用资本市场主要是通过发行上市、“借壳”上市和吸收外来资本等方式来实现。虽然传媒产业与证券市场之间客观上还存在着一些障碍,但这并不会影响媒体与证券市场的结合。国际传媒产业的发展趋势以及境外资本进入中国媒介市场的现状传递给我们一个信息:在传媒产业的生存和发展过程中,有效利用资本市场的功能对媒体产业进行整合、重组、扩大资产规模、提高经济效益,是最佳的选择。
