煤焦在O2/CO2气氛下燃烧是一项非常有前景的洁净煤技术,其燃烧特性和动力学研究是该技术工程应用的基础。采用程序升温热重法对3种煤焦(六盘水褐煤、准格尔烟煤和秦皇岛无烟煤)在不同O2/CO2(分别为21/79、25/75、30/70、35/65)下的燃烧过程进行了试验研究,分析了氧的体积分数变化对煤焦燃烧特性的影响,同时应用经典动力学和时间效应分形动力学分别对煤焦的燃烧进行了分析。结果表明:随着氧浓度的增加,3种煤焦着火温度和燃尽温度都降低,燃烧时间缩短,无烟煤焦燃尽特性指数增大,采用经典动力学和时间效应动力学分析得到的煤焦的表观活化能都略有降低,同时前者处理结果略高于后者。 Coal char combustion in the O2 / CO2 atmosphere is a very promising clean coal technology, and its combustion characteristics and kinetic studies are the basis for the technical engineering application. The results showed that with the increase of oxygen concentration, the ignition temperature and the burnout temperature decreased, the combustion time shortened, and the burnt exhaustion index of anthracite increased. By using the kinetic analysis of classical kinetics and time effect, The apparent activation energy decreased slightly, while the former slightly higher than the latter treatment results.
