进入新世纪以来,国有企业的企业文化建设已经取得了长足的发展,从最初的“移植组装”开始向“自主开发”的成长阶段迈进,但总体上看发展还很不均衡,普遍重视不够、认识不足,容易走入误区。保持平稳持续健康的企业发展,就必须建设具有自己特色的企业文化,形成自身的文化优势,这是企业战胜困难,取得战略决策胜利的无形力量。
Since the beginning of the new century, the enterprise culture of state-owned enterprises has made great strides in its development. From the initial stage of “transplanting and assembly” to the stage of development of “independent development”, the development of the state-owned enterprises in general has not been balanced.
