在常压循环流化床中试装置上进行了神华煤的气化试验, 试验条件: 加煤速率5.4~8.14kg/h 、蒸汽煤比0.19~0.7kg/kg、空气煤比2.8~3.67kg/kg,分析了试验条件对煤气组成、热值、碳转化率和煤气效率的影响。在该试验阶段获得的煤气的最高热值为3.84MJ/Nm3,最高碳转化率为73.6%。由于提升管的高度很小、气化温度较低以及旋风炉对细颗粒分离效率不高,导致损失于飞灰中碳较多。试验结果表明对神华煤而言,气化温度应低于930℃以避免结渣。
The Shenhua coal gasification test was carried out on a pilot plant of atmospheric circulating fluidized bed. The test conditions were as follows: coal rate 5.4 ~ 8.14kg / h, steam coal ratio 0.19 ~ 0.7kg / kg, air coal ratio 2.8 ~ 3.67kg / kg, analyzed the impact of test conditions on gas composition, calorific value, carbon conversion and gas efficiency. The highest calorific value of the gas obtained during this test period was 3.84 MJ / Nm3 and the maximum carbon conversion was 73.6%. Due to the small height of the riser, the lower gasification temperatures and the poor efficiency of the cyclone furnace in the separation of fine particles, the loss of carbon in the fly ash is greater. The test results show that for Shenhua coal, the gasification temperature should be below 930 ℃ to avoid slagging.
