21世纪的发展趋势和新课标的推广,给中小学数学教师提出了思维方式创新的迫切使命。在教育思想观念、教学内容和教学方法三个方面,教师应该在新课标的指导下,强调学生主体地位,全面公正评价学生,注重创造性地运用教材,培养学生的动手操作能力、创造性思维能力和群体合作学习能力。
The development trend of the 21st century and the popularization of new curriculum standards have put forward the urgent mission of primary and secondary mathematics teachers to innovate ways of thinking. Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard, teachers should emphasize the dominant position of students, appraise students comprehensively and impartially, pay attention to the creative use of teaching materials, cultivate students’ abilities of hands-on operation, creative thinking and Collective learning ability.
