完全性房室传导阻滞,是一种严重心律失常,有时可以突然发病,常危害到病人的生命。1975年11月我院一位疗养员突然发病,经过及时抢救,转送外院安装人工起搏器得以救治。近25年来,国内、国外对此病进行了大量的研究,现综述此病,并报告这一病例,希望引起医务人员的重视,提高警惕,把此病的防治工作做到更好。正常心脏传导,由窦房结形成正常心律的起搏点(位于右心房上腔静脉入口处),冲动通过前、中、后三条结间传导束传导至房室结 Complete atrioventricular block, is a serious arrhythmia, and sometimes sudden onset, often endangering the patient’s life. In November 1975, a convalescent patient in our hospital suddenly suffered a sudden onset of emergency. After timely rescue, he was transferred to the outside hospital for installation of artificial pacemaker. In the recent 25 years, a great deal of research has been done on this disease both at home and abroad. Now that this disease has been reviewed and reported, this case is hoped to be aroused by medical staffs, vigilant and better prevention and treatment of this disease.
